The dairy price index on the latest Global Dairy Trade was up 0.1
percent from the previous session to $3,590 per metric ton. The
increase is driven primarily by a 1.7 percent increase in the anhydrous
milk fat price and a 0.4 percent increase in the whole milk powder price.
